Success Traxx REWARDS
Success Traxx Rewards is a FREE program open to all who submit an entry - no purchase is necessary. Each publication will contain one or more mini Palm Tree’s within the advertisements.

Locate the Palm Tree(s) placed in the advertisements.

Submit a separate entry form for each Palm Tree found in Success Traxx advertisements. Entry forms are located in Success Traxx and are also available online - CLICK HERE.

Submit additional monthly entries with a valid receipt from one of our Advertisers. No Palm Tree is required for this entry and receipts must be no more than 6 (six) months old.
Find the Palm Tree(s) inside each Success Traxx edition. Mail an entry form for each Palm Tree found to the address below. Be sure to include the name of the advertiser where the Palm Tree was located. There may be more than one Palm Tree hidden in the advertising so be sure to look for them all. For additional entries, include a current original receipt from one or more of our advertisers with your name, address and phone number printed legibly on the receipt.

Each completed entry form or receipt counts as 1 (one) entry. Entries may be mailed together but must have an individual form or receipt per entry. (Two answers may not be printed on one entry form.) You may obtain an entry form within each Success Traxx or online by clicking here.
Monthly drawing:
A drawing from valid entries will take place after the 15th of each month. The winner will be awarded the prize of the month. There is no cash value and no substitutions are available.
- Prizes will be awarded on behalf of Success Traxx advertisers and may be in the form of a voucher, gift certificate, meal coupon, etc.
- Drawing will take place from the entries received by the 15th of each month.
- After the drawing, all valid entries will be kept for our Annual Grand Prize Draw.
- After verification the prize will be awarded to the winner and published online at www.successtraxx.com.
Annual Grand Prize Drawing:
A drawing will take place annually from all eligible entries and a Grand Prize will be awarded. Keep watching for more information on the Grand Prize.
